Description

You will design and deliver full stack application architectures aligned with state requirements and the MAX DMV Solution.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into comprehensive, functional business solutions.
• Own the business solution architecture to ensure compliance with state standards.
• Oversee technical project areas including data conversion, development, interfaces, testing, and training.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery through technical competence and project management oversight.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Deep technical competence in Microsoft Azure.
• Proven experience with full stack application architecture.
• Direct experience with the MAX DMV Solution and DMV business processes.
• Technical proficiency in data conversion and interface development.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to manage testing and training workstreams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Business Architecture certification(s) or other related professional certifications.
• Experience with organizational change management and end user training.
