Description

You will own the enterprise architecture for Salesforce programs, defining target state roadmaps and governance across business and technology stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern integration architecture using API-led, event-driven patterns, and middleware like MuleSoft across Salesforce and enterprise platforms.
• Establish standards for security, identity, OAuth/SSO, data protection, and platform performance, ensuring alignment with enterprise policies.
• Produce and maintain architecture artifacts including HLDs, integration patterns, and decision logs, while leading design reviews.
• Guide delivery teams on best practices, validate design choices through PoCs, and mentor architects and developers.
• Partner with product and business teams to translate strategy into executable capabilities across Salesforce clouds.

Required Skills

• 12+ years overall experience with 5+ years in enterprise/solution architecture for large-scale implementations.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce architecture patterns and clouds (Service, Experience, Marketing, Data/Financial Services Cloud).
• Strong integration expertise: REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce development constructs: Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with enterprise DevOps, CI/CD, and release governance (e.g., AutoRabbit).
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to present architecture decisions to senior leadership.
• BFSI domain exposure and compliance awareness (PCI/GDPR).

Preferred Skills

• Certifications: Salesforce Integration Architect, Sharing & Visibility Architect, Application/System Architect (CTA preferred).
