Description

As an Enterprise Architect, you will define and implement integrated solutions across Oracle Cloud ERP, specifically bridging CX Service with Finance and SCM modules. You will identify process gaps, design robust solutions, and align cross-functional teams to execute effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate end-to-end ERP solutions connecting CX Service, Finance, and Supply Chain Management.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify process gaps and define technical strategies to close them.
• Lead solution architecture for complex integration challenges across multiple Oracle Cloud modules.
• Collaborate with development and functional teams to ensure alignment on architectural standards and delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and clarity to resolve difficult solution gaps and drive project momentum.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or senior technical consulting roles.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, with specific expertise in CX Service.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Finance and SCM modules and their integration points.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Experience in identifying process inefficiencies and designing scalable solution architectures.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clear technical vision to diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (any graduate degree accepted).
