Core Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor and primary client interface for strategic technology and transformation initiatives
Lead solution shaping and architecture design across the full lifecycle (pre-sales, proposal, delivery, and run)
Define and drive next-generation cloud and data platform strategies, aligning to enterprise architecture standards
Champion innovation and modernization, including cloud-native, automation, and platform-led solutions
Provide architectural governance and oversight across delivery teams to ensure alignment, quality, and risk mitigation
Partner with business and sales teams to develop solutions, commercial constructs, and demand generation strategies
Enable successful execution by guiding build teams and ensuring architecture integrity through delivery
·        Drive Stakeholder Management and drive Delivery Oversight for Lead Day 2 separation and wider initiatives from technology perspective

·        Drive accountability and transparent ownership of end-to-end infrastructure and application migration strategy

·        Align with customer requirements and drive wider Divestiture and Operational readiness requirements.

Qualifications

Required

Proven experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or complex cloud transformation roles
Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to influence senior leadership
Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern architecture patterns
Experience designing and delivering cloud-native, scalable, and resilient solutions
Working knowledge of IT operating models, service management (ITIL), and governance frameworks
Ability to lead workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture design engagements
Experience driving Large-scale migration programs, Carve-out / divestiture / M&A transformations
Multi-workstream leadership
Experience guiding proofs of concept (POCs) and translating outcomes into scalable solutions
Preferred

Professional certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, TOGAF)
Experience implementing architecture governance, risk management, and standards frameworks
Familiarity with enterprise software delivery practices (CI/CD, version control, release management)
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and modern product delivery models
Experience in consulting or service provider environments
Knowledge of data platforms (Redshift, data warehousing, analytics ecosystems)
Experience with automation and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Chef, Puppet)
Exposure to security and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001)
Leadership experience in program delivery or cross-functional teams
