Description

Define and evolve the future-state architecture for the Order-to-Cash domain, ensuring integration and optimization across CRM, CPQ, ERP, and eCommerce platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and evolution of future-state architecture for the Order-to-Cash domain, focusing on integration across CRM, CPQ, ERP, and eCommerce.
• Collaborate with peer Enterprise Architects to ensure end-to-end architectural cohesion across Campaign-to-Order, Cash-to-Care, Data, and Integration domains.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams to translate capabilities into scalable technical solutions and long-term roadmaps.
• Advise technology leadership on strategic direction, investment prioritization, and platform evolution within the O2C and ERP domains.
• Drive standardization, minimize customizations, and lead architecture governance to ensure system integrity and data consistency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle ERP applications, including Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or PeopleSoft.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion architecture, APIs, and integration technologies such as PL/SQL, REST, SOAP, OIC, and VBCS.
• Deep expertise in Order-to-Cash processes, including integration points between CPQ, eCommerce, order management, billing, and financials.
• Functional and technical expertise across core ERP modules including Financials, Procurement, Projects, HCM, and PPM.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and ITIL frameworks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle certifications (e.g., OCP, OCM) in relevant Fusion or PeopleSoft modules.
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks like TOGAF and enterprise capability modeling.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and security.
