Description

You will design and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps to align healthcare technology with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end healthcare technology solutions that integrate clinical, financial, and administrative systems.
• Ensure interoperability and data exchange standards such as HL7, FHIR, CCD, and CDA are met.
• Collaborate with product, infrastructure, clinical, data, and cybersecurity teams to build scalable systems.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance for solution design, data governance, and systems integration.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA, HITECH, and CMS mandates.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture.
• 5+ years of experience within the healthcare domain (provider, payer, or digital health).
• Deep understanding of healthcare data standards including HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, and SNOMED.
• Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or MediTech.
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF.
• Expertise in architecting and integrating complex, mission-critical systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and CMS regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud architectures including AWS, Azure, or GCP in healthcare settings.
• TOGAF or other architecture certification.
• Master’s degree in Health Informatics or Information Systems.
• Familiarity with value-based care models, population health, and healthcare analytics.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST or HITRUST.
