You will lead technical architecture and development teams through the full project lifecycle for large-scale IT initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Design and implement architectures utilizing microservices, serverless computing, and RESTful APIs.
• Guide junior developers and mentor team members on technical execution.
• Translate complex technical concepts for Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Make critical architectural decisions and manage technical communication across distributed teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership or similar roles.
• Extensive expertise in Azure Cloud Services including AppServices, Functions, DevOps, Storage, and Kubernetes Service.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, Python, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates.
• Deep understanding of microservice architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Azure SQL and Cosmos DB.
• Knowledge of Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum practices and ceremonies.
• Understanding of secure coding, RBAC, and compliance frameworks like GDPR or ISO.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Scrum certifications.
• Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert.
