Lead the design and strategy for complex, multi-product enterprise solutions in Wilmington, DE.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and hand-off of complex solutions involving product integration strategies.
• Influence senior management on enterprise-level innovation roadmaps and product development.
• Develop design specifications, infrastructure diagrams, and detailed system documentation for current and target states.
• Collaborate with development teams, software architects, and business analysts to align technology with corporate strategy.
• Present architecture solutions to the architecture board for review and tracking.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale IT system development, design, and implementation.
• 3+ years of experience in Front end/UI architecture and product development.
• 3+ years of experience architecting solutions using microservices, cloud, and data with domain-driven design.
• Hands-on experience with Java-based microservices.
• Experience with Kafka for event streaming.
• Proven ability to architect unified digital platforms across web and mobile for banking or payment solutions.
• Strong background in project management, resource management, and business analysis.
• Deep understanding of hardware, software, and network system functions.

Preferred Skills

• Financial industry experience.
• Mainframe experience.
