Description

You design and document complex enterprise-level architectures and IT systems for the financial services and insurance sectors. You lead Power BI architecture initiatives, mapping technical solutions to insurance core processes like underwriting, new business, and sales distribution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Power BI architecture initiatives and implementation strategies.
• Map technical solutions to insurance core processes including underwriting and sales distribution.
• Solve complex analytical problems related to industry-specific data models.
• Present highly technical subject matter to stakeholders across all organizational levels.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of progressive experience in development, solutions engineering, or business roles.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in a Power BI Architect capacity.
• Deep knowledge of Financial Services and Insurance domains, specifically Annuities and Life products.
• Experience with insurance core processes such as underwriting, new business, and sales and distribution.
• Familiarity with industry models including ACORD and DTCC.
• Strong verbal, oral, and presentation skills for technical communication.
• Analytical and problem-solving expertise.

Preferred Skills

• Prior supervisory experience.
