Description

Lead architectural governance and drive alignment between business objectives and IT capabilities across the enterprise.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural governance, change management initiatives, and the implementation of architectural principles and standards.
  • Facilitate alignment between business and IT stakeholders to support both project-centric and product-centric operating models.
  • Analyze industry trends and disruptions to assess their impact on business outcomes and visualize future state architectures.
  • Embed cybersecurity frameworks within enterprise architecture and evaluate the financial impact of architectural alternatives.
  • Coach and mentor architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to instill architectural thinking across the organization.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of information technology or development experience.
  • 8+ years of experience across at least three disciplines: business, information, solution, or technical architecture.
  • 3+ years of experience as an architect with expertise in cloud, enterprise, and solution architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft .NET stack and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience with Agile, DevOps, and modern architectural methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, object-oriented architecture, and enterprise integration architecture.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business executives and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of business models, financial models, cost-benefit analysis, and risk management.

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum).
  • Experience with TOGAF, Zachman, or other enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Waterfall methodologies.
