Description

You will design and build scalable data solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform, owning the architecture from ingestion to analytics.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design data models and architecture for ingestion, storage, processing, and analytics layers.
• Develop data pipelines and integration frameworks using Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Databricks.
• Provision resources and automate infrastructure using Terraform scripts.
• Define and enforce data governance, security, and compliance frameworks aligned with enterprise policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs and optimize cloud costs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture and modeling on MS Azure.
• Proficiency with Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Databricks.
• Strong experience writing Terraform scripts for resource provisioning.
• Knowledge of data ingestion, storage, processing, and analytics layers.
• Ability to establish best practices for data management and cloud cost optimization.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to define scalable solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience evaluating and recommending emerging Azure technologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards for data compliance.
