Description

You will solve complex, enterprise-wide business problems by developing requirements and functional designs that impact multiple business units and project portfolios.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate work sessions to elicit, document, and manage business requirements and scope.
• Translate business functional designs into technical solutions as a liaison between business and technology partners.
• Conduct business analysis to validate designs and prioritize requirements using process analysis tools and observation techniques.
• Create business solution designs ensuring end-to-end traceability through appropriate artifacts.
• Lead the decomposition of projects into multiple production releases to meet business owner needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional business analysis experience.
• Strong proficiency in BA-BOK alignment and industry-aligned requirements management practices.
• Proven ability in technical research and analytical problem-solving.
• Experience facilitating complex scoping documents, risk assessments, and financial requirement analysis.
• Ability to interpret and translate technical risks and gaps for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Expertise in process documentation and analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree.
