You will own the business analysis lifecycle for healthcare payer/TPA initiatives.
Responsibilities
Prepare High Level requirements, Use Cases, and Business Requirement Documents.
Develop Functional specifications, Test strategy & cases, and Traceability matrices.
Map business processes and workflows, conducting gap analysis and documenting requirements.
Drive system integrations with third-party vendors through requirements definition and testing.
Required Skills
Minimum 5 years experience as a business analyst in healthcare payer/TPA, focusing on onboarding self-funded clients or implementing products in Multi-employer Trusts.
Expertise in data governance and documenting complex business requirements.
Proven experience in programs requiring system integrations with third-party vendors.
Experience in healthcare Insurance Payer areas such as Enrolment & Eligibility, Claims Administration, or Vendor Integrations.
Strong understanding of healthcare systems, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Jira.
Ability to translate business issues into technical solutions by leading business and technology teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues methodically.
