Description

You will design and document business processes to support technology organization improvements.

Responsibilities

• Utilize BPMN to create visual representations of business processes for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead the creation and delivery of all business analysis artifacts to ensure quality standards.
• Translate technical jargon into simple language for effective cross-functional communication.
• Conduct gap, impact, and risk analyses to support organizational process improvements.
• Perform systems analysis that spans multiple components across the enterprise.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in lifecycle and/or process development.
• 4+ years of experience conducting gap analysis.
• 4+ years of experience using BPMN to map business processes.
• 4+ years of experience developing and presenting research data to support process improvements.
• 4+ years of experience guiding process improvements for a technology organization.
• Experience developing ITSM processes at an enterprise level.
• Proficiency in Business Architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Master's degree and 6+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in an enterprise business architect related field.
