Description

You will own the maintenance and monitoring of enterprise Citrix virtual environments and cloud infrastructure. Your work ensures stability for institutional services through proactive incident resolution and system optimization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC, and Citrix Cloud technologies.
• Resolve incidents and outages, providing detailed updates during prolonged service disruptions.
• Manage Microsoft Hyper-V environments, including Virtual Machine Manager (VMM).
• Configure Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and maintain enterprise-class Windows servers.
• Write technical documentation for installations, procedures, and system upgrade test plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Citrix Provisioning Server (PVS).
• 5+ years of experience with Citrix NetScaler (ADC).
• 5+ years of experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops on-premises.
• 5+ years of experience with Citrix Cloud hosted technologies.
• 5+ years of experience with hypervisor technologies including Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware.
• 5+ years of experience with Dell Hardware and OpenManage for firmware and driver management.
• 5+ years of experience with PowerShell scripting.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SCOM for server monitoring.
• 5+ years of experience with Multi-Factor authentication (MFA) solutions such as Duo.
• 5+ years of experience with networking technologies and network capture troubleshooting tools.
• 5+ years of experience with server hardening methodologies and practical implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a Health Care IT Environment.
• Experience with Citrix Xenapp.
