You will design and oversee large-scale cloud architectures and infrastructure strategies for enterprise workloads.
This role is on-site.
Responsibilities
Evaluate architectural plans to identify risks and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
Design and implement AWS networking components and cloud-based data stores.
Oversee the migration of existing workloads to cloud environments using containerization and immutable infrastructure.
Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure technical goals meet business commitments.
Lead organizations through major change initiatives and complex technical transitions.
Required Skills
10+ years of professional IT experience in Windows Server or Linux environments.
5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services including IAM, EC2, ELB, RDS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and ElastiCache.
Deep knowledge of AWS datastores including Aurora, NoSQL, Redshift, and DynamoDB.
Proficiency in UNIX/Linux or Windows Server scripting using Bash, Shell, or Python.
Experience with Microservices, containerization, and immutable infrastructure.
Demonstrated knowledge of SaaS, infrastructure, and cloud computing architectures.
Understanding of data security, compliance controls, and advanced automation including bots and AI.
Active AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification (Professional preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
TOGAF certification (Professional preferred).
Experience collaborating with State and Local Government entities.
Proven track record in complex, cross-functional team environments.
