Description

You will manage day-to-day and after-hours communication operations to ensure system health for clinical and administrative communities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Organize 24/7/365 communication operations support and coordinate daily engineer team assignments.
• Manage incident and change queues to ensure compliance with established Service Level Agreements.
• Monitor communication systems and report metrics for proactive and predictive analysis.
• Implement performance improvements and resource recommendations based on system metrics.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide technical training to the team.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of relevant experience with demonstrated team leadership.
• CCNP or CCIE equivalent level of network engineering and troubleshooting.
• MCSE equivalent level of Windows server engineering and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node, and Angular.
• Experience with .Net and ASP.NET.
• Database management using MSSQL and MongoDB.
• Development of REST APIs.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
