Description

You will manage the protection of information systems and critical assets through the oversight of cybersecurity threat and vulnerability functions. You will lead a team of three direct reports, conducting annual performance reviews and providing technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3+ direct reports, including conducting annual performance reviews and providing technical guidance.
• Oversee the execution of security services such as vulnerability scanning, remediation, threat monitoring, incident response, and firewall change requests.
• Design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide security solutions and vulnerability management tools.
• Lead investigations and response activities as a member of the Cybersecurity Incident Response Team (CIRT).
• Communicate security risks to issue owners and develop executive dashboards to report on department-specific threats.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity management or technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience with CIRT (Cybersecurity Incident Response Team) activities.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects involving SIEM, multi-factor authentication, and cloud security.
• Experience with vulnerability management tools and web application testing.
• Ability to lead vendor evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and product selection.
• Experience developing technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and executive presentations.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and risk assessment.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects across different business segments.
• Experience managing vendor risk assessments, policy exception processes, and compliance audits.
