Description

An Enterprise Data Analyst owning the end-to-end data lifecycle from ingestion to insight delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess raw data from disparate sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights for business operations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate metrics to stakeholders.
• Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Resolve data discrepancies and anomalies while monitoring data quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Database Developer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying relational and columnar databases.
• Hands-on experience with AWS tech stack: Glue, S3, Athena, and Redshift.
• Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, Salesforce, Informatica, and MuleSoft.
• Experience working with database-backed web applications and DBMS such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong ability to research and manage complex data requests.
• Knowledge of data manipulation languages and database design principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in early childhood, early education, or health and human services domains.
• Familiarity with municipal, state, or federal government institutions.
