Description

You will design and implement database solutions, data models, and enterprise data warehouse (EDW) schemas to manage company data across conceptual and logical systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define ETL and ELT processes for the enterprise data warehouse.
• Set the data vision by gathering requirements, gaining business consensus, and performing vendor evaluations.
• Monitor system performance through regular testing, troubleshooting, and feature integration.
• Oversee database implementation to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in data architecture and management.
• Extensive expertise in Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Advanced proficiency in logical and physical data modeling, including star schemas, snowflakes, and normalized/de-normalized models.
• Experience managing slow-changing dimensions and attributes.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and EDW tools.
• Proficiency with SDLC, ITIL, and project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills for compiling statistical information and presenting findings to executives.
• Experience working with sensitive personal information, governance, and information security.

Preferred Skills

• Solid understanding of current BI trends.
• Proven ability to work independently to establish strategic objectives and project milestones.
