Description

Lead the architecture and governance of the enterprise data management platform, ensuring AI readiness and single-source truth.

Responsibilities

• Architect data ingestion, consumption, semantic modeling, and analytics pipelines for the Lakehouse.
• Design master data and canonical data models to serve as the authoritative source for consumers.
• Define reference architecture, patterns, and standards for ingestion, transformation, and reporting.
• Integrate ServiceNow SLA data and ApptioOne financial models into the data platform.
• Establish governance policies using Unity Catalog and build reusable data quality frameworks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in Data Architecture, including 3+ years with Databricks and Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SLA, CMDB) and ApptioOne (cost modeling, allocations).
• Proficiency in Python, Spark, SQL, and Power BI for architectural definition and code review.
• Deep understanding of Medallion Architecture and Unity Catalog implementation.
• Experience designing Platinum or Semantic Layers.
• Knowledge of Azure data services (ADLS Gen2, native orchestration) and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with MLflow, Feature Store, and AI/ML pipeline development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in public sector environments or ITIL 4/5 certification.
• Background in SLA breach forecasting and cost optimization models.
