You own the design and implementation of centralized, scalable data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Build Data Lakes, Lakehouse, and Data Warehouse solutions.
• Design and implement multi-layered architecture with bronze, silver, gold layers.
• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models using Erwin and Power Designer.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes for structured and unstructured data.
• Drive performance tuning and FinOps enablement for Spark workloads.

Required Skills

• 18+ years of experience in data engineering and architecture.
• Expertise in Azure Data Services, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks.
• Strong capability in Data Architecture Design and Data Modelling.
• Proficiency in Apache Spark, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with Delta Lake.
• Proven track record designing scalable data platforms across Azure.
• Ability to assess legacy systems and plan schema conversion.
