Description

You will design and manage enterprise-scale data structures, taxonomies, and ontologies to support organizational data architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex taxonomies and ontology structures for enterprise use.
• Execute hands-on data modeling to align with business and technical requirements.
• Manage data cataloging processes using enterprise tooling to ensure discoverability.
• Influence functional leaders and technical partners to drive data governance adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integration standards.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data management and data architecture.
• Extensive hands-on expertise in ontology and taxonomy development.
• Proven proficiency in data modeling and database design.
• Experience with data cataloging tools such as Collibra, IBM Cloud Pak, or Informatica.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data profiling.
• Competency in data integration, data cleansing, and meta-data management.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or Engineering.
• Experience implementing Master Data Management (MDM) for large enterprises.
• Working knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
