Description

You will design and implement enterprise-level data models for a cloud-based data management platform.

Responsibilities

• Create conceptual, logical, and physical data models to map business entities, relationships, and client hierarchies.
• Translate business requirements into technical data models, canonical models, and Data as a Service models.
• Perform data profiling and analysis to establish, modify, and maintain accurate data models and metadata.
• Enforce data governance, naming standards, and business rules for data reconciliation and deduplication.
• Develop and support MDM toolkit usage, integrating source systems into the MDM solution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data modeling and enterprise information frameworks.
• Proficiency in writing queries using SQL, Python, R, or Scala.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) solutions and toolkits.
• Strong understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) to support integrations.
• Ability to conduct data capacity planning, life cycle management, and feasibility studies.
• Knowledge of data security, backup, disaster recovery, and archiving strategies.
