Description

You own the strategy, development, and operations of the Enterprise Data Warehouse.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and operation of the EDW.
• Oversee enterprise-wide data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.
• Ensure data quality, governance, lineage, and metadata management across platforms.
• Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud migration and performance optimization.

Required Skills

• 8–12+ years of experience in Enterprise Data Warehouse environments.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a Manager or Operations Manager role.
• Deep knowledge of Enterprise Data Warehouse architectures.
• Strong SQL and data modeling expertise (dimensional and enterprise models).
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and scheduling frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and regulatory compliance (SOX, PCI, GLBA).
• Proven people leadership with compensation decision-making authority.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
