Description

You will lead the delivery of large-scale, complex projects within global engineering or financial services environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale project delivery using appropriate frameworks while managing scope, risks, and profitability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients to build relationships and address delivery concerns.
• Supervise and guide onshore and offshore teams to achieve delivery targets.
• Identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks through comprehensive management strategies.
• Collaborate on solution design to ensure successful functional and technical implementation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within global engineering or financial services.
• Proven track record managing large-scale global programs and projects.
• Expertise in Solution Delivery and Application Management projects.
• Strong Project Management and Risk Management capabilities.
• Experience managing nearshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Deep experience with corporate technologies.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to manage relationships with executive stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
