Description

You will lead and manage multiple complex, medium-to-large enterprise IT initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent enterprise IT projects with high visibility and complexity.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate resources, effort estimation, and workload planning across technical and business teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, refine, and manage business and technical requirements.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Required Skills

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Project Management experience.
• 1–3+ years managing IT projects within a healthcare, payer, insurance, or healthcare technology environment.
• Strong experience in project planning, estimation, scheduling, and resource management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Access.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level reporting experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise project governance and risk management frameworks.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
