Enterprise IT Project Manager

You will manage concurrent enterprise-level IT projects through their full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2-5 concurrent enterprise IT projects across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Define project success criteria, milestones, and measurable business benefits.
• Develop and maintain core project artifacts, including charters, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
• Monitor and control project scope, schedule, cost, risks, and issues, initiating change requests as needed.
• Lead project closeout activities, including lessons learned and benefit realization follow-up.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience managing concurrent enterprise projects.
• PMP certification (active or inactive) required.
• Demonstrated success in regulated or utility-style environments is preferred.
• Proficiency with enterprise project management tools such as ServiceNow PPM, Microsoft Project, SAP BPC, and Atlassian.
• Strong command of stakeholder communication, governance, schedule control, and risk management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting projects involving web content management or marketing automation.
• Experience with Power BI or other analytics tools is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks is preferred.
