Description

You will manage multiple concurrent enterprise-level IT initiatives through the entire project lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2-5 concurrent enterprise-level IT projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Define success criteria, milestones, and measurable business benefits for projects.
• Develop and maintain core artifacts including charters, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
• Monitor and control scope, schedule, cost, risks, and issues, initiating change requests when needed.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience managing concurrent enterprise projects.
• PMP certification (active or inactive).
• Proficiency with ServiceNow PPM, Microsoft Project, and SAP BPC.
• Experience with Atlassian Align.
• Demonstrated skill in stakeholder communication, governance, schedule, cost, and risk management.
• Minimum 1 year supporting projects with web content management and/or marketing automation.
• Experience operating in regulated or utility-style environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile Frameworks.
• Experience with Power BI or analytics tools.
