Description

You will manage multiple concurrent enterprise-level IT initiatives through all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring strict adherence to governance frameworks and regulatory standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2-5 concurrent enterprise IT projects, overseeing initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Apply PMP-based methodologies to establish governance, define success criteria, and maintain core artifacts like charters, risk registers, and schedules.
• Facilitate formal phase-gate reviews, monitor scope/cost/schedule, and initiate change requests when required.
• Provide regular reporting using enterprise dashboards and coordinate resources to align with organizational priorities.
• Lead project closeout activities, including lessons learned and benefits realization follow-up.

Required Skills

• PMP certification (active or inactive).
• Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Proven success managing multiple concurrent enterprise-level IT projects.
• Proficiency with enterprise project management tools: ServiceNow PPM, Microsoft Project, SAP BPC, Atlassian Align.
• Experience supporting projects involving web content management and/or marketing automation (minimum 1 year).
• Strong stakeholder communication and governance skills, with ability to adapt to executive and technical audiences.
• Experience in regulated or utility-style environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile frameworks and/or Agile certification.
• Proficiency with Power BI or analytics tools.
