Description

You will manage 2-5 concurrent enterprise-level IT projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Apply PMP-based methodologies and enterprise governance frameworks to manage scope, schedule, cost, risks, and issues.
• Develop and maintain core project artifacts, including business cases, charters, risk registers, and benefit realization plans.
• Facilitate formal phase-gate reviews and ensure deliverables meet approval and governance requirements.
• Provide regular and ad hoc project reporting using enterprise systems and dashboards to stakeholders and sponsors.
• Lead project closeout activities, including lessons learned and benefits realization follow-up.

Required Skills

• PMP certification (active or inactive).
• Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Proven success managing multiple concurrent enterprise-level IT projects.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow PPM, Microsoft Project, SAP BPC, and Atlassian Align.
• Strong skills in stakeholder communication, governance, and risk management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting projects involving web content management and/or marketing automation.
• Experience in regulated or utility-style environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile frameworks and/or Agile certification.
• Proficiency with Power BI or analytics tools.
