Description

You will own the technical strategy and architectural direction for enterprise modernization efforts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to define business requirements for modernization.
• Develop target-state architectures using modern paradigms like microservices, containerization, APIs, and private cloud platforms.
• Lead technical delivery of modernization projects from planning through execution, ensuring standard adherence and risk mitigation.
• Provide architectural governance, conduct design reviews, and mentor teams on best practices.
• Define the overall technology strategy to support evolving business objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture.
• 2-3 years focused on application modernization, cloud transformations, or legacy system upgrades.
• Strong expertise in legacy systems (monolithic applications, client-server architecture).
• Proficiency with modern technologies including Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Experience defining technical decisions ensuring scalability, resilience, and backward compatibility.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Domain-Driven Design and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI-driven modernization techniques.
