- Manage high-quality data sets and implement cleanup or automation to improve data governance.
- Develop responses to audit findings and manage change across the organization.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or IT process improvement.
- Experience working with C-Suite, customers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with IT service delivery teams.
- Proven track record of translating customer needs into technical requirements and user stories.
- Experience managing data sets and driving data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholder roles at all levels to gain consensus.
- Understanding of audit processes and response development.
