You will drive IT process improvements and enterprise-level changes to align technology solutions with business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current IT solutions to identify opportunities for automation and workflow enhancement.
  • Lead cross-functional requirement building and user story development to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
  • Manage high-quality data sets and implement cleanup or automation to improve data governance.
  • Develop responses to audit findings and manage change across the organization.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or IT process improvement.
  • Experience working with C-Suite, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate with IT service delivery teams.
  • Proven track record of translating customer needs into technical requirements and user stories.
  • Experience managing data sets and driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholder roles at all levels to gain consensus.
  • Understanding of audit processes and response development.
