Key Skills: Pega Developer, Enterprise architect

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain deep knowledge of Pega architecture and consistently apply Pega design and implementation practices.
• Design and lead simplistic solutions using out-of-the-box (OotB) components and low-code options while avoiding unnecessary complexity.
• Translate complex system requirements into efficient, scalable, and maintainable Pega applications, including service-oriented architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to troubleshoot critical incidents and resolve complex problems systematically.
• Provide leadership for Pega best practices, reusable components strategy, and enable Pega citizen development through training and guidance.

Skills Required:

• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience
• Pega Developer
• Pega System Architect certification
• Expertise across application servers, relational and non-relational databases, and integration techniques
• Experience delivering solutions using Agile and Scrum methodologies

Good to Have:

• Enterprise architect
• Knowledge of Pega Customer Service apps

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
