Description

Design and lead scalable Pega solutions while enforcing architecture best practices and low-code standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Apply Pega architecture principles and design patterns to deliver maintainable, scalable applications.
• Translate complex requirements into efficient solutions using out-of-the-box components, avoiding unnecessary complexity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot critical incidents and resolve complex technical problems.
• Provide leadership on Pega best practices, reusable component strategies, and citizen development training.
• Make service-oriented architecture decisions that ensure long-term system health.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Pega development and architecture.
• Pega System Architect certification.
• Strong expertise in application servers, relational and non-relational databases, and integration techniques.
• Experience delivering solutions using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to design simplistic, low-code solutions that meet enterprise standards.

Preferred Skills

• Enterprise architect knowledge.
• Knowledge of Pega Customer Service apps.
