You will manage large-scale enterprise portfolios to align investments with strategic business goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytics and actionable insights to guide investment and prioritization decision-making.
• Lead governance and planning through OKR creation, facilitation, and reporting.
• Operationalize business strategies by maintaining portfolio hierarchies to meet long-term goals.
• Identify critical dependencies and risks within the portfolio and propose mitigation solutions.
• Facilitate portfolio management meetings, ceremonies, and leadership governance processes.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in Portfolio Management managing complex, large-scale engagements.
• Proven experience as a Portfolio Manager rather than a Project Manager.
• 3 to 5 years of consulting experience or subject matter expertise in business process design, integration, and change management.
• Experience managing clients, stakeholders, third parties, and cross-functional teams.
• Executive-level communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to deliver scalable solutions that simplify complex processes.
• Strong critical thinking and business acumen.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree.
