Lead enterprise-scale agile transformations and framework implementations to drive organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Agile frameworks, specifically SAFe and Scrum@Scale.
• Drive organizational efficiency using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Guide cross-functional teams through complex product transformation processes.
• Manage large-scale agile transformations across enterprise units.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile environments.
• Expertise in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Deep understanding of Scrum@Scale.
• Practical experience implementing Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in designing and managing Kanban workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
