You will lead large-scale IT development and implementation projects from concept through to completion.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with IT leadership, finance, and operations to define priorities, identify gaps, and maintain the technical roadmap.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of business and technical requirements, ensuring work breakdown structures support organizational objectives.
Oversee IT Change Management processes for all system production changes and monitor user stories within Microsoft DevOps.
Facilitate technical sessions, backlog prioritization, and vendor meetings while providing regular status updates to upper management.
Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and policies that comply with agency cybersecurity and information risk management standards.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in IT program management and development implementation projects.
Proven ability to conceptualize change and move projects from initial concept to full implementation.
Expertise in discovery, detailed design, current state/future state analysis, and fit-gap assessments.
Strong supervisory leadership experience with the ability to manage technical peers and stakeholders.
Advanced organizational, planning, and complex problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and business requirements effectively to both users and management.
Deep understanding of IT operations, best practices, and organizational structures.
Preferred Skills
Experience designing and implementing enterprise-level systems architectures.
Knowledge of security and data classification related to HIPAA.
Proficiency with MS Office 365, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
