Description

Lead daily activities for financial and administrative application teams, overseeing enhancements, defects, and bug fixes. You will manage project lifecycles from planning to milestone completion while collaborating with IT leadership to maintain roadmaps and identify gaps.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles by planning, organizing, and implementing milestones to completion.
• Define and track business and technical requirements to ensure work breakdown structures align with organizational objectives.
• Monitor user stories and activities within Microsoft DevOps and report daily statistics.
• Enforce IT Change Management processes and ensure compliance with agency cybersecurity policies.
• Facilitate technical sessions, backlog prioritization, and vendor meetings while providing updates to upper management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Experience monitoring user stories in Microsoft DevOps.
• Knowledge of NIST NIST NA0-53, FISMA, and SC InfoSec requirements.
• Familiarity with CJIS and HIPAA compliance standards.
• Ability to manage technical and business requirements for financial and administrative applications.
