Description

You will manage IT projects focused on SharePoint architecture, documentation, and archiving within an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a long-term strategy for managing the SharePoint site, including documentation, clean-up, and archiving processes.
• Establish project management methodologies to ensure SharePoint initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and executive-level management to communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Create standard operating procedure documents and technical artifacts for diverse audiences.
• Evaluate risks affecting project timelines and recommend improvements to efficiency and productivity to leadership.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of IT-related Project Management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a development role supporting SharePoint Online (O365).
• Deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, services, features, and site design best practices.
• Experience managing SharePoint environments, including performance tuning and on-premise upgrades.
• Proven ability to plan work activities, assign priorities based on organizational goals, and communicate deadlines effectively.
• Strong capability in preparing status reports and presenting metrics to stakeholders.
• Experience with MS Project or similar project management software.
• Knowledge of IT network infrastructure and server operations.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT, CAML, and LINQ.
• Experience with SQL, MS BI Stack, and other DBMS.
• Experience in healthcare environments involving HIPAA, CDC, or related network infrastructure requirements.
