Position Overview

A state health agency is seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager – Consultant to lead and support enterprise IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive project management expertise, a strong background in state or federal IT projects, and the ability to implement project management systems and create Power BI dashboards. The role requires robust change management experience and the capacity to work effectively with multiple stakeholders while maintaining clear, consistent communication.

15+ Years of Experience with Project Management

10+ Years of Experience with State or Federal IT Projects

10+ Years of Experience with Implementing Project Management Systems

8+ Years of Experience Creating Power BI Dashboards

10+ Years of Experience with Change Management

Experience with Public Health Software Implementations

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
Required Certifications: PMP or CSM and CompTIA A+
