Enterprise Project Manager III

You will lead complex real estate and construction-related projects, driving them to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope by assessing requirement changes, determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk.
• Clarify, identify, and track requirements and issues, remove barriers, resolve minor project issues and escalate where required.
• Manage client expectations, anticipate operational and tactical risks and track them.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules to manage individual deadlines and goals.
• Identify issues and problems, generate options and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of direct, hands-on project leadership and management experience in real estate or construction.
• Minimum 5 years managing various sizes of construction projects.
• Expert knowledge of PMI and PM best practices.
• Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, and Kanban methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of project and quality metrics, including reporting and trend analysis.
• Skilled in MS Office Applications, MS Project, and Visio.
• Ability to shift focus between high-level strategy and crucial operational details.
• Experience with construction processes, methods, costs, and scheduling.
