Description

Manage the end-to-end Enterprise RightFax Service environment, ensuring high availability and stability across production, development, test, and QA environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage system operations, including software maintenance and the management of Incidents, Problems, and Changes.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support to ensure 24x7 service availability.
• Execute proactive lifecycle management, including patching, upgrades, rebuilds, and hardware refreshes.
• Monitor and manage system capacity, performance, and utilization to prevent constraints and ensure scalability.
• Collaborate with third-party telco providers to resolve telephony-related support issues.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of experience in Enterprise RightFax Service administration.
• Deep expertise in RightFax administration and ERS infrastructure.
• Proficiency with IIS to support the RightFax web interface.
• Basic SQL Server skills, including the ability to write and execute reports.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange as they relate to RightFax support.
• Experience managing service requests and incidents within ServiceNow.
• Ability to perform capacity planning for storage, CPU, threads, and electronic fax channel utilization.
• Experience with lifecycle management and proactive system right-sizing.
