Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager with 6+ years of experience to drive new business growth in the enterprise segment. The role involves managing the endto-end sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive enterprise sales by identifying and acquiring new clients
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, stakeholders)
• Understand client business needs
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams
• Manage pipeline, forecasts, and sales reporting through CRM tools
• Lead contract negotiations and deal closures
Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on enterprise SaaS sales
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in managing long sales cycles and complex deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics Preferred:
• Experience in SaaS/product-based companies
• Exposure to global/enterprise clients
• Strong business acumen and consultative selling approach
