Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define and own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture.
• Design Salesforce data models, integrations, and security frameworks.
• Lead and mentor Salesforce development and consulting teams.
• Design scalable enterprise workflows and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solution strategies.
• Review technical designs and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Drive governance, documentation, and best practices across Salesforce implementations.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security.
• Support enterprise-wide Salesforce transformation initiatives.

Experience Required:

• 15+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and delivery leadership.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce solution design and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data modeling, and security frameworks.
• Proven experience leading large Salesforce implementation programs.
• Strong knowledge of scalability, performance optimization, and governance.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and conducting architecture reviews.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
