Description

Define and own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for enterprise-scale implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks.
• Lead and mentor development teams through architecture reviews and technical guidance.
• Define solution strategies in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Drive governance, documentation, and best practices across Salesforce projects.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, and adherence to architectural standards.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and delivery leadership.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Solution Design and Enterprise Integration.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Security frameworks and System Integration.
• Proven track record leading large-scale Salesforce implementation programs.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Data Modeling.
• Ability to design enterprise workflows and automation solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring technical teams and conducting formal architecture reviews.
• Background in driving enterprise-wide Salesforce transformation initiatives.
