Job Description: Enterprise Security GRC Analyst: Permanent Role

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Department: Enterprise Security – Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

Experience: 2+ years in healthcare and 2+ years in risk and compliance

Key Responsibilities

Support Enterprise Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) activities and security initiatives.

Coordinate GRC-related requests and act as the central point of contact for stakeholders.

Manage ServiceNow requests, forms, knowledge articles, and platform governance activities.

Support enterprise-wide risk management, regulatory compliance, and information security initiatives.

Collaborate with Enterprise Security, Identity & Access Management, Security Operations, Engineering, and Regulatory Compliance teams.

Assist with HIPAA Security Rule compliance and other applicable healthcare regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate documentation, compliance records, risk assessments, and process-related information.

Identify opportunities to standardize and improve GRC processes, workflows, and service delivery.

Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership and cross-functional teams independently.

Coordinate projects from initiation through completion while ensuring timely delivery of assigned activities.

Work closely with business departments and clinical operations to support security and compliance objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Information Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline; comparable experience may also be considered.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management, governance, or regulatory compliance.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent documentation, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Ability to manage multiple requests and engage effectively with stakeholders.

Strong collaboration, presentation, and project coordination skills.

Familiarity with ServiceNow, HIPAA, information security, and GRC processes is an advantage.

Work Requirements

Must be comfortable working from the office.

Must be available to work the 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM shift.

Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deliverables within defined timelines.
