Description

You will lead the design and implementation of large-scale enterprise software suites and digital transformation initiatives in Cleveland, OH.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of high-level and detailed solution architecture designs, including technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Own technical decisions, documentation, and roadmaps for high-level designs and approaches.
• Design Microservices technology platforms with a focus on reusability and a Digital Integration Layer.
• Conduct proof-of-concept, pilot, and MVP activities for key technical areas.
• Review detailed designs, code, configurations, and data models to provide direct input to developers.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in enterprise or solution architecture.
• 10+ years of experience with Java/Spring Boot or similar frameworks in service-oriented environments.
• Deep expertise in architectural patterns, principles, and creating current, transitional, and future state architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker Enterprise in public/hybrid cloud models.
• Strong background in Microservices, event-based integration, and data management layers.
• Experience building products using SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS models on platforms like Azure.
• Proficiency with ReactJS, PowerApps, and DevOps/Agile engineering practices.
• Experience working with ERP platforms such as Oracle SaaS, BlueYonder, Manhattan, Siemens, or High Radius.
• 8+ years of experience collaborating with internal clients and external partners.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with routing and messaging tools and patterns.
• Ability to identify solution accelerators for Microservices, Lowcode/Nocode, and DevOps teams.
