You will lead the design and modernization of enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and modernization of MMIS solutions, aligning with Medicaid regulations and CMS MITA guidelines.
• Develop and execute cloud migration strategies leveraging AWS for scalability and cost efficiency.
• Architect and deploy AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, and AWS CDK.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and integrate AWS services.
• Ensure all solutions comply with federal and state healthcare standards, implementing AWS security best practices.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture roles with direct MMIS/Medicaid experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services in enterprise environments.
• Proven track record in security and compliance for healthcare IT (HIPAA, MARS-E).
• Strong understanding of quality management processes and standards (ISO 9000).
• Proficiency with IaC tools: CloudFormation, Terraform, AWS CDK.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, Jenkins, and Ansible.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional).
• Experience with architectural modeling tools (e.g., TOGAF).
