Drive solution engineering efforts to resolve customer system issues and improve the customer experience through independent analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues related to system software, server diagnostics, and containers.
• Develop features and tools supporting solution engineering tasks.
• Research new use cases leveraging GPUs for emerging container technologies.
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and develop system software solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Expertise in C++ development.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP and Networking protocols.
• Working knowledge of Ethernet.
• Experience with SDKs and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows OS environments.
• Familiarity with virtualization concepts.
• Ability to use Python and scripting methodologies.
